Yoga – Feel Your Body

I have attended the first lesson of Yoga in this week. It aims to keep everything balance on the world.From our body to our mental.

The most interesting thing is to learn How to STAND. (It is crazx)I think that everyone should know.However we are concentrate on how the pressure exert on our foot.What is the differences between standing on one leg and two legs?

And the next thing is to learn how to breath.Again, everyone know how to breath.The focus is how to breath well?How do you feel when you breath?According to the tutor,’Breath is the most common thing all the organism do ,when you breath,you know that you are still alive.’

The last thing is try to connect with your body,your muscle and your heart.
